ok I have a box of .380cal (.356) 100gr lead fp bullets, I have red in my books and seen on this site and others to get the best load to weigh your bullets so I started to and out of 50 bullets I am getting any from 102gr-106.9gr.

I been sorting out in to increment's of 102-102.4;
102.5-102.9, ect.

Is this over kill or would every thing from 102-102.9 in one bin be fine?

Should I be adjusting my powder a little more for a bullet that weighs 103.6 compaired to one that is 102.3?

this is what I test fired with
bullet 102.5-102.9gr
green dot powder 2.0gr

it is for punching holes in paper but i want to get a good load that is not over pressured do to difference in bullet weight

Forget weighing & sorting cast bullets.
That much variation is normal & to be expected.

I'm really surprised 2.0 Green Dot got the bullets out of the barrel.

I would increase to 2.5 at least, but probably 2.7, load them, and shoot them.

Do Not try to adjust the powder charge with each sorted lot.
Consider them all 100 grain lead bullets, and load them.
