I became interested in the study and the results,and found that it was looking for a very specific form of racism. "Symbolic Racism" is evidently defined as "a coherent belief system which reflects an underlying unidimensional prejudice toward Blacks." Essentially, it is evidenced by racially biased actions committed by people who often do not see themselves as specifically racist.Marc Lamont Hill just informed me that gun owners are more likely to be racists:

So, rather than saying that this study was skewed, I would say that it is very focused. Racism among black people is not mentioned because of the kind of racism being studied.

I also believe that the "burning crosses" portion of the title of the original post is inflammatory and incorrect, since people who show symbolic racism would never, ever engage in such behavior.
I also believe that the huffington post article is agenda driven nonsense.
