I just purchased a Burris Fullfield II 1.75-5. There is a sticker on the bottom of the scope at the turrets, Says "made in the Philippines". Has my head been in the sand?
I thought Burris rifle scopes were made In the USA.

The upper end Burris scopes are still made in the US however I think their low ends are made in China. I guess the Philippines are making them too for the lower end products. New one on me.

Any feedback on how this model will hold up to a lot of shooting?

This is very disappointing. Fortunately for me I can't stand the new cheesey graphics; preferring instead the old models. Which, it just so happens, are still covered by lifetime warranty.

At worse Burris say, "We decided to replace" - and I decide to sell. Then turn right around and buy another oldie on the evilBay. Which is in turn is still under the same warranty.

Cheesy graphics? Oh, you must mean that giant white Burris billboard they put on the side of the turrets.:barf:
I blacked that out with matte black sight paint.:D

Ive had a Fullfield 2 3-9x for about two years on my AR and it has held up fine (trunk gun for about 7 or 8 of those months). Glass is fine and on par with the same price range Leupolds.

I wouldn't worry about it personally.
