Bushmaster AR15 lower rec pin size?

I have a new Bushmaster lower reciever on order and would like to find out the size of the takedown and pivot pins.

I'm looking at a few different uppers online and they specify .250 pin size. I need to know what too look for.

The pivot and takedown pins are 0.250
The hammer and trigger pins are 0.154
