Butt stock extensions..........

Being the poor man that I am I was thinking about making a butt stock extension for my AR and my Remmy 700. I was just curious if anyone else has done it , if so lets see some pics of your creations!

Slip on recoil pad usually works. Looks like hell, but works.

This is one of my Remmys. I made the piece in the middle that allows the pad to be adjusted laterally.

I copied the one on my Anschutz. The pad and the part it is attached to I made.

Thats what Im talkin bout! Even though its a little advanced for me and my abilities , it's sweet.

I just bought them from Midway. I got the 1" extention and the 3/4" but pad. it was easy and inexpensive enough.

For the record, if I had the skills to make it, I would have.

Im thinkin about going to the hardware store and gettin some screws that are atleast 1" longer than the ones in the stock with some 1" spacers with a piece of 1/8" thick alluminum and seeing what I can come up with . In my head it looks pretty sweet but we all know how that transfer to the actual project. Once I get it done Ill post some pics.
