The tragic thing is that we could _all_ be stuck with this stock (or worse) if we don't keep up the outreach to the non-EBR crowd.
I don't particularly expect the _current_ AWB2 proposal to go through (HR 1022), but it's still good principle to smack it down before it can even get out of committee.
