I know you can't shoot cast/lead bullets in Glock pistols but how about them electro plated bullets. I just received 60 pounds of 9mm 124gr copper plated bullets from a friend free so I like to load them up for my Glock... if it is safe to shoot them in Glocks.

I have been reloading with Rainer plated bullets for several years and have absolutely zero problems with them in any of my Glock pistols.

Rainier bullets

in .40 with Unique or Accurate #5, no problems over many rounds fired. I don't load really hot, though, and I have heard (not witnessed) that you can get some leading if you push the envelope....but then, that's not the point of plated bullets. They're for affordable practice.

I have shot over 20,000 rds of Rainier plated bullets through my G35 and G34. Both guns will shoot golfball size groups at 25 yds. I find them to be just as accurate as jacketed bullets.
I shoot lead (Gasp!!!) bullets for practice. There I have said it, I am out of the closet now!!
