A few years ago I ran across a card that some lawyer made up to give to businesses that did not allow concealed weapons. It was basically a contract where you would try to get the business owner or manager to guaranty your safety while on the premises if the police or owner does not protect you. If they didn't protect you and you were injured then the contract passed complete liability to the store and manager personally. It was basically a really strong way to get the point across that CCW holders should be allowed to carry in their establishment. Anyone remember this or have a copy. I was going to draft one but I thought that someone here might have one.

Never heard of it.

But I can't see it making much difference. If you walked into a gas station and handed it to the manager they would likly laugh at you.

I don't know about any kind of contract. It seems rather silly to me.

What I have seen are these delightful little calling card sort of things that my local shop/range/school prints up. They detail all the background check and qualification hoops I've jumped through, and then end with the sentence, "How much do you know about your other customers?"
