I was bored so i went to the "big" gun store in my area. I was surprised to see several ar-15's and 7.62x39 Saigas. The saigas were $750 :fire:

There were also some stripped lowers, some started with a B I can't remeber the letters but it was "Bxx" if anyone knows what company it is plz inform me. I want to say BMG or something of the sort. Anywho, I saw a Charles Daly stripped AR lower and I said "OOOH!?"

Are the Chuck Daly's considered quality? it was going for $175, is this a good price? considering the others were around $225. I need to know ASAP because I want to run down there and pick it up if you think its a good buy.

lol, I go in to look at marlin and savage .17hmr's and now I wanna pick up an ar lower.

I realized that I have to be 21 in CA to purchase a stripped lower. Only 19 atm, so I guess I will go order a .17hmr instead. Unless there is some kind of loophole in the law anyone can point out...;)

I paid $150 for a new Charles Daly stripped lower a couple months ago. The quality seems very good, I especially like the finish. I would say $175 is still very reasonable for the quality you are getting.

JVP manufactures CD lowers .They are great quality. I have some LRB lowers that where manufactured by JVP as well.

I dont know any 3 letter company that starts with a B that manufactures lowers. Bushmaster and Barret are the only B's I know.

Yeah there are so many companies out there now. I might ask my dad to procure the lower for me. He hasn't used his "CA's 1 gun a month" yet so maybe. A nice 16'' 6.8 SPC to go along with the 20'' colt would be sweet.
