Anybody received their orders?

I am in no panic, just checking on others experiences. I ordered several mags from them more than a month ago but have yet to receive them. The website is all but shut down with a message speaking about high volume, etc.

Brownells: Major Let Down

I ordered a 10-pack of 20 rounders from Brownells 5-weeks ago that were listed as IN STOCK. The next day I get an email that says basicall "so sorry charlie we lied the mags were not in stock. We'll get around the shipping them later".

What BS from a once excellent supplier.

They can't update their site every second something is purchased. At least Brownells is sending partial orders as they get stuff in stock. Plus, you only pay for the shipping once.

I backordered some magazines from midway then got a notice saying no back orders were being accepted the following morning!

Gun Geezer I dont mean this as attacking you, but we all know whats going on with the panic buying craze. They may have been in stock seconds before you clicked order. I wouldn't fault Brownells on that one.

Calm down dude!

No firearms vendor, including Brownell's, has ever experienced anything even close to this craziness, ever.

There is no doubt the computer ordering system could have had any hope of keeping up with the inventory & order filling computer system in the warehouse & shipping departments.

I was a warehouse manager for a very large company for half my working life, and shoot happens when shoot hits the fan like it did in the last month or so.

It's too be somewhat expected right now. I ordered a couple of PS90 mags from Impact Guns a week before Christmas and I still have not gotten them. When I ordered them they said "In Stock" on their website but it gave me a warning about shipping delays.
