undercover police officer in street cloths get out of car with gun in hand at a traffic light. He never said he was an officer and the other guy had no where to go and shot him to protect his family. The driver who shot the officer also had no CPL.
From the story it was road rage.
The only problem I see is if that state requires a CPL to have a loaded pistol in the car.
Opps...I just read the story and watched the clip again...he did have a CPL....sorry
Road-rage incident involving a plainclothes cop getting out of his vehicle, no attempt at IDing himself as LEO, draws gun . . .
If it went down as described in the linked story, it was a good shoot . . . the only criticism may be the CHL holder's marksmanship . . . or lack of same.
That the CHL holder was released without charges is probably quite significant.
I wonder if we'll be hearing about charges against the cop, I mean, if its a clean shooting then theres no two ways about it, the cops guilty of a felony.
