class 3 age limit??

i am interested in the danial defense m4 integrally suppressed rifle (DDM4 isr)

however because it is class 3 and needs a tax stamp. i need to know first if i can buy it yet. i don't know if i can buy one because i am only 18 not 21 so the question is can i buy a suppressed rifle. it is a rifle & not even an "sbr"


so how old do i have to be to buy it 18 or 21?

To purchase from a dealer, you need to be 21. To purchase from an individual, you need to be 18.

Welcome to the world of stamp collecting. Just a friendly FYI: call then "NFA weapons" or "Title II weapons". A Class 3 SOT ( special occupational tax) is a type of dealer licence.
