We're working on clearing out the freezer here too. My wife is a fabulous cook as well as a certified nutritionist and the garden is really starting to crank out some good stuff. We also dehydrate, can, pickle, ferment, smoke etc you name it. We try to produce almost all our own food.
Last night we had pan-seared mallard breast with apricot and walnut wild rice dressing, fresh beets and swiss chard. and I feel guilty admitting that.
