Colt Pocket Hammerless Holster

I have an old Colt M1908 and I was wondering what holsters will work for it. Every once and a while I use it as my CCW.

The only holster I have ever seen for a 1908/03 was in the photo gallery of Mark Garrity's holster web site.

A guy gave me a suede leather IWB metal clip holster with no brand name that will hold a Colt Hammerless nicely, but that doesn't help you much.

The one I have is similar to the ones sold by Bianchi, but it doesn't have the thumb strap.

I have no idea what size you would order to fit your Colt.

I have a Audley holster, patented 1914, which fits both the 1903 and 1908 Colt Pocket autos. Found it at a No. Virginia gun show some years ago, and have seen one other since at another show. Well-made, heavy brown leather, with a metal spring clip inside that engages the trigger guard. You press the clip with the trigger finger as you pull the pistol up. I paid $50, probably too much, but the holster is in fine condition and I had to convince the seller to let it go without the 1903 he had in it. You might try eBay or one of the other web sites, and keep an eye out at the shows. Sorry, have not mastered the posting of photos yet.

I have a Kramer Horsehide IWB 11/2 holster and a Kramer Horsehide Belt Scab holster for my Colt 1903 Hammerless .32 Acp. Both are nice holsters.

I recently saw that exact same holster at a LGS. It was rectangular in shape, as if to be placed in the front pocket of your pants. And seeing as how pants back then were certainly not as form fitting as they are now, it's easy to see how the holster would have been nicely concealed there. Really a neat design, and perfect in operation with the Colt Model 1908.

I've thrown it in my pocket on a couple of occasions. It will fit, reasonably well, in one pair of jeans. It will absolutely disappear in almost any other cut of pants.

iv put it in a Uncle Mikes iwb and that worked ok. i cant remember what size it was though

I am also looking for a holster. Does anyone know if Mark Garrity is making holsters for a Colt 1903?
