Do any of you have first hand experience with CorBon performance ? An acquaintance of mine had to put down a pitbull, one shot to the back of the head with a .44 mag, 300 whatever grain CorBon, says it pretty well drove the dog into the ground, but the exit wound was .44-sized. The entrance was pretty messy- contact distance- gas expansion damage, He's thinking that if it won't expand in this kind of situation maybe he needs to be carrying regular old hollowpoints. Comments?
