Has anyone heard of this shotgun and where can one find a replacement stock?

Your gun is at least 80 years old, and finding a stock would be near impossible.

Here are some new semi-inletted blanks that might be made to work, but they cost more then the gun is likely worth unless it is in exceptionally good condition.
And if you need a stock, it likely isn't.

saw one of these sold at auction last saturday in reading penna. the sale of 250 guns brought high prices, in general, and the shotgun they sold that is identical to yours was in serviceable (good) condition. it brought $120. nothing wrong with these guns except that they tend to break front of firing pin off from too much dry firing. replacements can be made from drill rod with a drill press, a file, and a calipers.
