Curious, did Ruger make a 5 inch tubed GP100 ?

I see 4's & 6's all the time.
Did Ruger make any 5 inch tubed GP100's ?

Yes they did a limited run for a distributor a few years back. I'm sorry I don't know off the top of my head which distributor but I'm thinking it was Lipsey's and I can't say how many were made. I'd like to find one though.

Yes, and I am pretty sure it was indeed Lipsey's. I am wishing I had gotten one of them.

Hmmm...

I remember seeing them on Davidson's(www.galleryofguns.com) a few years ago.

Like Rexster and some of the others said, I kind of wish I had gotten one. When I got the chance to pick up a 5" barrel 626, I jumped on it.
