I just held a CZ 85 combat it felt really nice. How is it at the range?
I was looking first at the P01 then a CZ 75 now I think I like the CZ 85 combat the most.
If you own one tell me about it good or
Also on the Cz site this model has no firing pin safety I think that could be bad.
I might go back and look at the 75 again but I wanted adjustable sights

Cz 85

I have one, it is one of my best shooting 9MM service type pistols.
It joined my collection of 2 Browning Hi-Powers, 1 Colt 9mm Government
1 HK PSP7, 1 Beretta 92FS, a S&W Model 439, a Sig P226, 2 Sig P-6's,
a Kahr CW-9 and a Partridge in a Pear Tree......

Plus I have a Beretta Storm Carbine in 9mm, so when I say I shoot it best
and I did not say well !
At least I have something to compare to.

If your looking for full size in the CZ range I would suggust you give a try to the SP-01 as well.

CZ have taken the build/ergonomics and lessons learned with the P-01 and incorporated them.

I've had my CZ85 Combat for several years now. Without a doubt, it is the most accurate out-of-the-box 9mm I've ever shot. I have a Glock 34 with a Bar Sto match barrel, a Para 18-9 LDA LTD, and several other brands of 9mm. But, I continually find myself grabbing the 85 for IDPA and always have it in my box when I go to the range.

I think it's the best of the CZ line.

I have the 85, not a combat though. It has the firing pin block but no adjustable sights but its totally ambi. Its VERY accurate. You could just put adjustables on a regular 85.
