CZ Gram follower in mec gar mags?

I was wondering if the Gram follower (from gram engineering http://czcustom.com/search.aspx?find=spring+kit) will work in the mec gar 19rd mag. The mec gar follower and the stock CZ follower aren't exactly the same as my CZ followers don't fit in the mec gar mag correctly so I was wondering if anyone has tired to put a gram follower in a mec gar mag and had any luck?
