CZ75, are they really that good??

I own a few.

Very accurate and durable, and quite reliable. If they do have a problem, they are fixable.

The PreBs look very nice - almost as nice as a Hi Power.

The triggers are USUALLY mediocre, but it won't stop you from shooting them accurately in SA.

A SIG will almost always have a better trigger.

I think CZs are priced a bit steep now considering the trigger.

Ironically, the clone by Tanfoglio has a better trigger.

Would you choose the CZ over a SIG 229 in two tone without a rail??

I have had both. The Sig is gone. The Sig will have a better trigger out of the box. The CZ will get much better with time. To me the CZ is is a more robust design. Weighs the same as a brick and you can treat it like a hammer.

I make that choice every day. Well almost. My Sig P228 sits in the safe while my CZ PCR gets carried and shot.

I just picked up a CZ-75 SP-01 a couple of weeks ago. I was a little leery of trying something new; everybody in my area is a Glock or Sig guy.
To make a long story short this is by far the most accurate pistol I have owned. Better than my Glocks, Sig, and Springfield. I see more CZ's in my future:D

The PCR fits my hand better as well as having a shorter DA trigger stroke than the SIG. Incidentally, they will fit in many of the same holsters if the leather has a little "give" to it.

I carry my CZ PCR in a holster made for the Sig P228/P229, a Bianchi Shadow II OWB. It fits great and as its a tad slimmer/smaller than my P228 its a lot easier to get out, but does not move around at all. Fits perfectly.

In a word YES. They are my favorite autos and I have owned a bunch of different brands and shot the rest.
