I picked up an identically described model at a gunshow in SW Texas last year for $295 after haggling down from $325. Outstanding revolver.
I was able to purchase a barrel wrench off of e-bay for about $14.
I'd say that all of the older DWs (.357, .38, and .22) are real sleepers and offer better value, performance, and quality than prices would seem to indicate. I see most of them (sometimes with an extra barrel) for sale at around the $250-$350 range.
If it is less than $350 (and in good condition), get it. You are buying a weapon in the S&W M18 / M617 class for a lot less money. Like every other older revolver...they aren't making them anymore.
Good Luck.
