There are no hoops, period. You are forbidden from doing so on both the Federal law side and the Military regulatons side. Anyone caught doing so can be prosecuted under both sides of the law, and if caught WILL be.
I have a Tiger carbine and with good ammo it shoots sub MOA easily. I still need to dig up some 10 round mags for it though! That stock on the earlier post looked good too!
