E.A. Co AR-15

I found an AR-15 made by E.A. Company priced at $630.00. It is an A-1 style rifle with the triangle hand guard and fixed buutstock. It has a bayonet lug and no foward assist on it. It also has a cheap 3x9 scope on it.

So what can you guys tell me about it? Is it any good or worth the asking price? I have never had any great interest in ARs so I don't know very much about them. Thanks in advance.
