Eassy way to de-burr case rims?

I have recently started loading for 223 Rem. After shooting them for a few reloads, they have developed burrs on the case rims. What is the easyest way to remove the burrs. Right now I am just using sandpaper but it makes my hands cramp up after 40-50. Is there a easier way?

One of the few good reasons to own a Dremel tool for gun work.

I have been known to do that.
But I think I prefer a fine-cut flat 6" file and a comfortable chair.
