From what I've read, the RCBS Uniflow, Redding and Lyman are pretty comparable. I'd personally stay away from Lee.
Rcbs also has a cool little "low-dose" powder measure that has different inserts for different charge weights, including a matrix for charge weights & different powder types - I've heard it's helpful for the really low charges.
I have both RCBS and Hornady which are both accurate powder measures. I'm sure there are others but these are the only ones that I have personal experience with.
I have a Uniflow and use it for my pistols loading and it it is very good. I have two of the Benchrest powder measures from Redding and they are excellent. The Benchrest measures with the micrometer settings gives you the ablity to dial in and repeat your previous loadings with ease once you set them up. Their accuracy is excellant.
Proper and consistent operation of the measure will give you the accuracy you seek.
