I help my family run a shooting range in southeastern PA. I'm thinking about get an FFL. Acording to the A.T.F web sit, a dealer in firarms is alowed to handle shotguns, rifles, pistols, revolvers and NFA weapons.
Does this alow me to handel Full auto weapons.

A normal 01 FFL (dealer) does NOT allow you to handle NFA weapons. That requires a different license and even that doesn't allow you to handle all NFA weapons. There are even more restrictions.

If you are planning on getting into the firearm business, you need to do a good amount of studying to learn the rules. Making a boo-boo with these can get you jail time.

Full auto

Thanks for the info. I don't plan on venturing into this with out a little legal advice. Jail is not a place I ever intend to go. I already have a manufactures license for high explosive. I have to talk to the A.T.F about once a year. I'm trying to gather as much information as I can before I approach them. Thanks, I'll let every one know how I make out
