Yesterday the wife and I went gun shopping with the thought of either buying a Remington 7615 for $499.00 or possibly a Ruger Mini 14.
We first stopped at an Army surplus store and they had several Olympic AR's configured in .22 and 9MM. The price was around $799.00. They also had several Mini 14's in the $650.00 range.
We left there and went to the shop with the special price on the Remington. We got looking and they had nine AR's sitting out. I decided to look at the Stag model 2. Boy I really liked it!
We were there about an hour before I finally made up my mind. I've always wanted an AR but never wanted to spend the money. Finally with the input of my wife I decided to get the Stag! The price was $995. - which I didn't think was extremely bad considering the demand.
I know I had a hard time sleeping last night thinking about it! Thanks for reading my post, I had to get the word out!!!
