I had one get stuck sideways in an old Lyman tube feed. Poured out the other primers and pried out the stuck one I thought gently with a very small Allen wrench..well it went off and the metal anvil went into the end of my little finger..ouch. First and only primer that ever popped on me and it was mainly my fault.
