FN TSR XP with iron sights

Hello again, I have a question on iron sights.

In October I will be able to purchace a rifle (18th bday) and it'll be an FNH TSR XP .308 20"bbl. I would like to add irons to it.

Here are the type of sights in question:

For the rear sight, probally will be putting a Gerhmann 510 fixed iris.

Will these be able to work with the rifle? Also, at some time I'd like to take off the Houge stock add add an XLR stock, here is a link:

I think I could run irons on this stock, but how do you think the cheek weld would be?

I know I could buy a scope and be done with it, but I enjoy good match grade sights, and I believe that it will help me learn how to shoot better then a scope.

Also, I will be hunting with this rifle, the furthest range that I can shoot is about 400 yards.

Those sights are pure target and are not really appropriate for hunting. Are you looking for a 10-ring precision iron sighted rifle or a hunting rifle? What exactly is your purpose for this rifle? More info about you and your needs helps others help you better.
