I've toyed off and on over the years, with getting a Glock 20, for camping, canoe trips, hunting backup, etc. I saw an ad for a Glock (factory) 6" "hunting" barrel for the G20. This is interesting...
In a different Glock ad, it stated that Winchester 10mm 175gr. Silvertips, clock at 1290 fps and 650 ft-lbs of energy (from the standard 4.6" barrel). Does anyone know what that same round would clock at, out of the 6" Glock barrel? (Any other ammo comparisons between the barrels would be welcome, too.)
One other thing - what are some GOOD adjustable sights for the G20? I'm not sure that I would want them, but I don't know...
This sounds like a good option for an outdoors sidearm...
Thanks.
