IMHO the difference in size between G19 and G17 is too small to cause any real life difference in accuracy. The fit of the gun to shooter is much more important. I went with 17 because I found the groove spacing on 19 uncomfortable and it was affecting my aim among other things. If they still made them without the grooves I'd get a 19.
