Once you speak with a technician, I would personally get their email address and their name and email your pictures to him/her. Also, maintain the name so you know who is handling the complaint. If your pictures are over one or two megabytes in size, you may want to email one at a time to them.

this is what was suggested by me many posts ago on this thread. it's funny that you think Glock will say it's an issue, depsite the fact that if you google this, you'll find about a zillion others that contacted glock and got the same response: it's normal!
