I just picked one up used and noticed it does not say +P on the barrel. I know the subject has been beaten to death and I will call customer service when they open monday but I wondered if anyone here had any info on the model.
It says "titanium" on the gun, not "total titanium". I don't know the exact model so I can't figure out the exact wt but feels just a tad lighter than my S&W 642. It is gold and has a ported barrel and a hammer. It also has the lock.
I've had a hard time finding used lightweight revolvers around here and got this one on a whim. I already had the sideplate off and I was surprized at how nice the innards looked! The trigger pull is lighter and shorter than the smith. It looks like it's seen some carry and the sideplate screws had some rust on them, I think I should replace them just to be sure.
I'm just wondering about the differance in the ones that say "titanium" and the ones that say "total titanium".
