Green Dot load for 45 acp 230 g proj

Hi guys. I need your expertise. I am brand new to reloading. Can anyone direct me to the best sites or data regarding green dot loads for my 45 acp. I use a 230 g projectile. Data seems to be varied but depending on the info seems to have a range from 4.9 to 6.5 although most data says 4.9 to 5.3 g. Thanks for the info.
 
It would seem Alliant Powder would be the logical place to look.
But they don't list Green Dot in .45 ACP anymore with Speer bullet data, which is all they list now.

My 2002 Alliant Powder Guide says:
5.4 gains MAX with a 230 FMJ.
4.3 with a 230 grain lead bullet.

As always, Reduce 10% for a starting load and work up.
