Hi All:

Glad to be here. I have read for a while, but now I have an excuse to join in the form of a Question.

Does anyone here have the low down on the 1973 Ruger New Model Super Blackhawks?

It looks like about 12,000 were shipped in calender year 1973, but Ruger only lists the units starting in 1974. Are all the S/N 81-XXXXX "New Model"?
