No, I'm not kidding. I really want some good groundhog recipes. If anyone has a good one--that they've actually eaten from--I'd like to hear about it.
Cut the groundhog into pieces. Soak in a mild salt solution over night-a tablespoon ful of salt in enough water to cover the meat. Soaking it in a fridge is a good idea. Parboil the groundhog meat. Dry off the meat, flour lightly and fry in a pan.
