Has your job made you "mean"?

Nope. I like my job and do it to the best of my ability. I consider myself lucky to have a job. Most of the people in my previous shop have been laid off.

Now with the new contract language, my chances of not being laid off have increased. Instead of going by senority, as they use to, volunteers for lay off can now be accepted to save the least senior employee.

It's a win-win situation all the way around.
