Aw shucks! Don't fret! All it takes is some more lawyerin. This does not even have to go to the Supreme Court as the SC upheld the Appellate courts slapdown. It will get turned around by them once again and if appealed, the SC will refer it to the lower court (as I understand it). From what I understand, the Appellate court was even more decisive than the SC. I believe. I have faith.

Adrian Fenty needs to wake up late one night to find his house has been invaded....maybe then he will get a damn clue (I doubt it though)
