Help Me Out! (Grips)

I'm fairly certain my grip-making skills aren't up to par. I did send my friend some grips off my Taurus since he mentioned he was interested in doing that. He works with wood every day but so far he's been too busy to get back to me.

I did a search online to see if there was any chance I could locate a set of the factory grips with no luck. I did notice ebay has several Colt Delta Elite rubber grips on there. They are very similar to the factory AMT grips.

The original grips have a partial wrap-around at the front strap. I will continue to look though.

I doubt most shooters would have a clue what they were looking at if it had the factory grips. There aren't too many of those around.

The factory grips on my AMT Government Model .45 looked like Pachmayrs.
You can never go wrong with Pachmayrs.

I finally got my grips in today. They have a neat yin-yang look to them, although the pictures don't show it as well as I'd like.

ETA: I have decided to name her Miss Piggy since it's a Javelina.
