Other than the Winchester White Box having less reliable expanion in some of the informal tests I've seen on Youtube I don't think there's a nickle worth of difference between any of the rest. I pick up premium ammo when I find it on special or at a reasonable price and have some of almost everything on your list. Right now the Remington Golden Sabers, Hornady's and Winchester PDX1 are relatively plentiful and reasonably priced. The Golden Sabers and Horandy's maybe a bit more reasonable in the cost per round since you get 25 rnds per box in civilian marketed ammo. Police ammo like the HST, Ranger SXT, and others in 50 round boxes are a catch `em when you can proposition with prices that may or may not be a saving.
Two other 147 gr loads that warrent consideration would be the LEO Federal 147 gr JHP's and Fiocchi 147 loaded with XTP's.

I don't think I've ever bought one of those 20-25 rd packs of 9mm or 40 defensive ammo, no reason to pay $1 per pop when the same ammo can usually be had for $.50 - $.60 per rd. It's pretty easy to just snap up a few of the "LEO" marked 50 rd boxes whenever they pop up.
Generally, whenever I see 124 gr +P HSTs or Gold Dots, I'll pick up a box or two... I'd keep an eye on SGAmmo, they currently have RA9TA, which is supposed to be one of the baddest 9mm rounds on the market, for $27 / 50rds. I just picked up a few hundred Govt. contract overrun .40 s&w 180 gr HSTs, and 180 gr Winchester bonded (PDX1) from SGA, and they were quick and friendly.
Kyle's seems to be selling the 147 HSTs for $29.99, that seems like a pretty decent deal if you buy a few boxes.
I voted none of the above, because I feel that the 147 grain bullet does not provides any advantage over the 124 grain 9mm bullet (and yes I have tried them). If it's a weight and knock down issue then try 135 grain 40 S&W's or 158 grain 357 Mags or better yet 124 grain 357 Sigs.
