Took the kids to the trap range on fathers day. while my eighteen year old son was shooting my Winchester model 12. He fired a round, ejected the empty casing and as he attempted to quickly load another round from the magazine, the pin on the end of the feed tube turned, the entire magazine went forward with it and the bolt became jamned closed...
I have done everything I can? I removed the trigger assembly, the ejector, uscrewed the feed tube... and the slide will not go forward nor will the bolt go back?????????

It sounds like the magazine tube was not properly locked into the receiver in the first place. The bolt won't go back because the action slide bar is not properly in the receiver. Push the action slide handle all the way forward. Twist the barrel and magazine assembly one quarter turn counter clockwise and remove from the receiver. Then carefully reassemble making sure the slide bar and magazine are all the way in, turn the magazine tube a quarter turn clockwise and lock everything down with the magazine locking pin. If that fails, find an oldtimer familiar with Model 12s or see a smith.
By the way, assuming you were shooting trap singles or handicap, that gun should have only had one shell in it. Two shells only whan shooting doubles. That's the rule at every trap club in the country.
