Help with IDing this revolver

I am at a loss. Does anyone have any clue what this is. All I do know about it is that it is a double-action and it is chambered for 38 S&W. Any info would be great.

Looks like an Iver Johnson or an Iver Johnson knockoff.

Edit ~ I've looked around the net and now think it may be an H & R XTB-4508 or knockoff.

Google finds several inquiries about revolvers marked "The Old Firearms Manufacture" and that string of patent dates. Calibers run from .22 to .45.
There were no firm answers; the likely explanation is that they are Spanish copies of H&R, S&W, and Colt.
