Here's what I got, what am I missing?

Several .22 pistols and revolvers, I'd say. For sheer fun value, and economy in terms of ammo, they are a winning combination. The return on investment is basically pure joy. Get some, and shoot them all the time, it's cheap, amazingly fun, and good practice besides. Bearcats, Woodsmen, Hi-Standards, Brownings, Walthers, Single Sixes, Whitney Wolverines... So many good .22's, so few soda cans.

Still got Her!

Nope, still got the Wife. Also have four kids, ages 8,6,3, and 1. It's getting out thats the problem. I have been quail hunting 4 times, and dove hunting twice so far this year, so thats better than nothing.
Bruss- I'll tell you, If I could spring the cash for that Marlin, I would. That is one nice looking rifle. Thanks for the pic.
I've ruled out the 22 pistol. I know I will get bored. At this point I am thinking either a 4" security six to match my 6 inch, or a lever action rifle of some sort.

WonderNine (CZ, Beretta, Glock, Hi-Power) + .22LR Conversion Kit

Pistol Caliber Carbine (AR, Ruger PC9, or if you can tolerate the looks, Beretta Storm or Hi-Point)

.22LR conversions on any guns you own.

Is it obvious that I'm really cheap when it comes to my ammo?

Oh yeah, and a 1911 in 9mm!
