How ammo sensitive is your Sig P220?

I went to the range today with a fairly new-to-me P220. Golden Saber 230's grouped pretty well. My groups (if you can call them that) with CCI blazer 230's looked like shot patterns. After a while, I wasn't even sure where I was hitting the target sometimes. Most shooting was done at 10 yards.
I rarely reload these days, but it is an option, and I would like to do more reloading anyway. Un-jacketed bullets are not an option at my indoor range.
Have you found a good inexpensive target load...factory or otherwise?
 
A 220 should be reliable with just about whatever ammo you want to feed it. I don't know about inaccuracy with the Blazer - most people have good luck with it. Sometimes my accuracy improves or degrades during a range session... is it possible that may have been happening to you?

For inexpensive .45 range ammo, I have had good luck with:
Sellier and Bellot
Aguila
Wolf
Georgia-arms.com

The S&B, Aguila, and Wolf should be gettable online in bulk. Try ammoman.com and natchezss.com, among others. I really like the Georgia arms "canned heat" product also.

I'm not really looking for match-grade accuracy in any of these - just acceptable accuracy for practice with a defense pistol. In my experience all the brands above are good enough for that.
 
It could have been me....I fired it after about 90 minutes of firing a .22 and 9mm. I have only fired it one other time. That time, I used the Golden Sabers and Win. White box. The GS was dead on that day and the WB was OK but not as good as the GS. Today was just awefull until I fired the GS...but maybe it was me. More testing is required.
