I have a Lee Pro Auto disk measure, and it is pretty consistent to within +- 0.1 gr., with thievery occasional outlier of an additional .1. I used to think I would get loads that were off by as much as 0.4, but then I discovered that my scale (small Hornady electronic) was out of calibration. After that I learned to reset the "tare" button when a load is off, and the measurement comes back to within 0.1. Now, after 10-15 throws, I am fairly comfortable that the loads are consistent enough (I only load handgun at the moment). I still check every 20 loads or so, but I have yet to discover a problem.
I initially had a Lee Perfect, but it was leaking badly with Accur #7, which is very fine. Lee replaced it with the auto disk with full credit.
