twofifty - nope, don't have that problem and I spend a lot of time at the bench. My old bench was about 35" tall and I always got a sore neck from hanging my head. That problem was solved with the new bench.

Mine us 36" tall. I sit when I reload. That is how tall my roll top desk is and I use the same chair.

Old geezer and son-in law, first time reloaders. Bench finished yesterday, main section is 40 inches and the press height is 47. Perfect for standing or sitting on a tall stool.

I'd show the one I just built, but it's covered w/ garage detritus. But it's a comfort thing, mine was 42" but I cut it down to 40. Just make it tall enough your back doesn't hurt. I also recommend casters that lock on at least to of the legs. Nothing is more annoying than having to chase your workbench around the garage.

flashhole - A sore neck is what happens to me on really long sessions, like more than 2 hours. Today, I figured out that my scale may actually be too high. I will drop it 1" so that the beam pointer is just slightly below my eyes and see how that goes. This is contrary to what I posted earlier on the subject.

In a way, good ammo and fun reloading is in the ergonomics.
