How to install dovetail sight?

I have a rifle that is missing the rear sight. I can get a replacement from E-gunparts. Do I need a special tool to install a dovetail sight?

I will usually use a brass punch and a brass hammer. The brass is soft and does not mar the sight if reasonable care is taken. Soft taps to gentle drive the sight into place. Go slow and it will work fine,
