Relyablity?? Weatherby has used that action for decades so that is nothing to think about. Accuracy ?? Typicaly the howa line are fine shooters but untill you buy it clean it get to know what it likes best, you just never know. For me that stock would keep me away. Is is what, a hunter and part time play rifle? I would have to buy the regular stock on it. The scope should work for normal hunting. Not expensive for sure. The howa I had was many, many years ago and was a fine shooter back when interarms was the importer.
