Nothing against my furry trail companions, but I think after that list you'll feel pretty let down by mere moose. They're not the brightest bulbs in the animal kingdom. The real adventure comes after you kill one and you have to pack out vast amounts of meat from some hole full of devil's club and buzzing insects.

For a hunter of your experience you might find Alaskan wolves more of a challenge.
