The only sidearm I am personally qualified to offer up to any elite government agency is the Swingline Smart Touch. Light weight, quick loading and 50% less effort to fire than traditional staplers. Penetration you ask? Why 30 pages with S.F.4 staples. Just what the Post Office needs to reduce repetitive stress injuries.

There is no universal answer on which primary weapon system is best for the entirety of a military. What is best for armies and individual units is thankfully a decision process entirely out of my control. I would not wish such a grave task on any of us, especially given the fair amount of prejudice most folks come equipped with. I do know a man whose job was once this very sort of thing and I believe firmly that the strain of such decisions, even when expertly and deliberately processed were the demise of his health and a weight to be "dosed" away. Glad he retired and glad he has no need of spirits to induce sleep these days.
